Govtrack.us: Rep. José Serrano (D-NY) has introduced "H.J. Res. 5: Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the twenty-second article of amendment, thereby removing the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President."
The bill was referred to the House Committee on the Judiciary on January 6, 2009. As far as I know, major "news" outlets have ignored it, but you can track the progress of this legislation for yourself, see related legislation, or start at the front page of Govtrack.us to get other information you won't get elsewhere.
While we're on the subject, you may want to monitor H.R. 226 Broadcaster Freedom Act of 2009, and contact your representatives about it. (Edit: Its purpose is to prevent the Federal Communications Commission from repromulgating the fairness doctrine. (In other words, protects the right of broadcasters to host shows that engage in expression of opinion without government interference.)
