Democratic Approval Rating Drops to 9%

Congress has dropped to a 9% approval rating from an abysmal 14% one year ago, according to a Rasmussen poll. Democrat leadership has done a wonderful job of getting past the bottom of the barrel, don't you think? They're doing great here, too.

Usually, when you get that close to the bottom, the barrel is cleared of the slime and residue and recycled. Remember, though, that the House and Senate are made up of Democrats and Republicans. I wonder who the 9% are who are doing OK.
